Over the past 12 years Terry Serepisos and his company Century City
have been at the forefront of property investment and development,
particularly in Wellington.
With contemporary style, sophistication, as well as tradition, in mind, Terry's focus has been on the investment and development of several impressive Wellington landmark sites.
His impressive credits include the former Bank of New Zealand (Manners Street), Maison Cabriole and National Bank Building (Courtenay Place), Prudential Building (Lambton Quay), Century City Tower (former World Trade Centre, Victoria Street), Lone Star Building, Century City Apartments (Tory Street), and IBM Petone.
Terry has also invested in and developed many upmarket residential properties, which have also added to the character and style of Wellington architecture.

Nathan Greenham - the Head of Commercial Operations at
Wellington Phoenix FC - has been Terry's right-hand man at the
Phoenix for the past three years.
His role encompasses securing high-level corporate sponsorships and heading the merchandising and retail operations associated with the business.
Prior to the Phoenix, Nathan was with Puma in the UK, running their international rugby league interests - again involving sponsorships, marketing, and promotions - and before that was with Kiwi sporting company Mizuno.
Nathan and his partner Hillary have two children - 2-year-old Preston and 1-year old Max.

John Mitchell has been Head of Communications at
the Century City Group for the past three years.
John's role encompasses handling local and international media relations and heading marketing across all of Century City's many operations. "It's a wide brief," he says.
Before joining Century City, John had enjoyed a career in journalism spanning 18 years. After graduating from Victoria University, his writing career began at the (Taranaki) Daily News, and has included a number of years at various NewCorp publications in Australia, including the Melbourne Age. He was lured back to New Zealand when he was headhunted by the Dominion Post.
John and his wife Fiona have two children - Mackenzie (8) and Madeleine (2).
